Staff training is the basis of quality control.We will organize a variety of quality training courses,invite authoritative industry experts to give lectures on site,share advanced quality control concepts and practical experience,so that the quality awareness of every employee's heart, and become the daily production of action guidelines.

Strict Quality Control

In the production process, we have built a set of strict and scientific quality inspection system. From the strict sampling inspection of raw materials when entering the factory, to the precise inspection of multiple procedures during the production process, to the comprehensive and detailed testing of finished products, each link is interlocked and controlled at all levels to ensure that there is no place for any hidden quality problems to hide.

In addition, we continue to increase investment in production equipment, and actively introduce advanced automated production and testing equipment, which greatly improves the precision and stability of product manufacturing.

These unremitting efforts have yielded fruitful results. The defective rate has plunged from 8% to less than 3%, and customer satisfaction has steadily climbed from 75% to more than 90%. With excellent product quality, we have established a good reputation in the industry, attracting many domestic and foreign enterprises to throw an olive branch and establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship, which has built a solid foundation for the long-term development of the factory.
