1.What displays does ESEN offer?
It specializes in manufacturing TFT LCDs, monochrome LCDs, touch screens, custom LCD panels, COB and COG displays.
2. How can I find the suitable products?
Please provide us with your requirements or data sheets. We will recommend our standard products. If they are not suitable, we will make necessary adjustments and customizations.
3. Do you accept sample orders or small batch orders?
Yes, you can place a sample order first for testing, and then place a small batch order for trial production (not less than the minimum order quantity).
4. What are the payment terms?
We usually accept wire transfer. Other terms will be negotiated separately.
5. What is the delivery date?
If the goods are in stock, the sample order usually takes 3 to 5 days, while the mass production usually requires 4 to 5 weeks (depending on the quantity and specific product).
6. How is your ordering process conducted?
Evaluate the project and receive the quotation from the customer → Confirm → The customer pays 100% of the mold fee and the advance sample fee → We arrange for the customer's drawings to be reviewed by three weeks after the payment is received → The customer confirms the drawings → We arrange for the production of samples and the customer confirms the samples are ready in two to three weeks → The samples are sent to the customer for testing → We modify the design based on the customer's opinions until the samples are sent again and the customer is satisfied → The customer pays a 30% advance payment for the goods → Mass production is carried out.
